Surf & learn
Lessons, coaching, camps and the people who help you find your next wave.
BUSINESS SUBMISSIONS OPENThe coach who remembers your name. The café that becomes your morning stop. The place you stay a little longer. That’s the island we want to help you find.

A surf trip is rarely just about the surf. It’s finding the right person to learn with, somewhere comfortable to unpack, and a rhythm that feels like yours.
SurfCeylon brings those little decisions into one place. Explore the people and businesses around Sri Lanka’s coasts, keep a shortlist, shape an itinerary, and write down the days you want to remember.
We’re building an island field guide that grows through local knowledge and traveller experiences. Useful details, thoughtful recommendations, and a clearer connection to the people behind each place.
Find your kind of place ↗Small businesses and local knowledge deserve room to be seen. Claiming is a way to start that conversation.
A little local knowledge goes a long way. Hear from other travellers, ask questions, and connect with the people who know the place best.
Save a few places, make a plan, leave room for a detour. Your private lists and drafts are yours until you publish them.
Keep the places that catch your eye, gather them into a collection, and give your trip a little shape. A morning in the water, a good lunch, a quiet corner to work—there’s room for all of it.
Write a memory while it’s still fresh, share a story worth passing on, or leave a review that helps someone else decide. The small details you remember can make another traveller’s day.
If your business is already here, you can start a claim from its page. Once your business email is confirmed, an authorised reviewer checks your connection to the business. Approved owners can draft changes and submit them for publication. New businesses can submit a private listing draft.
Saved places, trips, private collections and draft stories stay within your account. Stories and collections become public when you choose to publish them. Read our privacy page and community guidelines for how contributions and analytics are handled.
